Product Features
The stick glass curtain wall is constructed by first installing the vertical mullions (or horizontal beams) onto the building structure, followed by the installation of horizontal mullions (or vertical beams). These mullions and beams form a grid, onto which unit components of panel materials are fixed after being processed in the factory. Vertical joints of the panel material unit components are connected to vertical mullions, while horizontal joints are connected to horizontal beams; sealant is used for joint sealing in order to prevent water and air infiltration.
Main Features of Stick Glass Curtain Wall:
- 1. Flexible construction method and mature process tested by engineering practices.
- 2. Strong adaptability; installation sequence is independent of the main structure.
- 3. Excellent water tightness, air tightness, thermal insulation, and sound insulation.
- 4. Factory-made panel units ensure high-performance structural adhesive quality.
- 5. On-site installation allows for precise site management adjustments.
- 6. Professional sealant application ensures complex engineering quality control.
The Edinburgh Glass Facade is a solution for oversized doors and windows. This innovative glass curtain wall system is designed to provide a clean and elegant appearance while offering exceptional functionality.
Its sleek profile can be disassembled into parts, making it easy to transport to the site for assembly. This feature ensures a hassle-free installation process, saving time and effort.
One of the standout features is its internal drainage device, which can be hidden within the curtain wall system. This clever design eliminates the problem of dew and external water accumulation.
In non-coastal areas, the span of the column profile can reach up to 5500mm, and with reinforcement, the inner sleeve core can extend to 7000mm. The beam width for the glass can reach 2000mm, suitable for a wide range of architectural designs.
Ideal for commercial and residential buildings, the Edinburgh Glass Facade offers a seamless and contemporary look, adding a touch of sophistication to any structure.
